Mark Warner was interviewed on 580 CFRA in Ottawa about the notice and termination clause in the new United States Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA) update of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) that Canada agreed to for future trade agreements with non-market economies.
