Mark Warner was interviewed on CBC’s On the Money about the triggering of the “Article 50” process to launch negotiations for the United Kingdom to leave the European Union and the implications for Canada from Brexit. (March 29, 2017) Mr. Warner was Legal Director of the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development & Trade and advised Ontario in the Canada-European Union (EU) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) negotiations and on several NAFTA Chapter 11 Investor-State arbitrations.
